according to MR Wikipedia, meteorology means study of the atmosphere that focuses on weather process and short term forecasting..

and today, i spent hours learning about layers of atmosphere, fog formation, polar esterlies and various forces that act on the atmosphere.. i was mesmerised by the complexity, yet organised structure of the atmosphere.. insyaAllah, all the knowledge will me closer to The Creator..
